By design, our app “Follow Up” saves the information that users enter into the application to support its functionalities and features. We only process data that is strictly necessary to operate the application.

To provide transcription and summary functionalities, our app uses the OpenAI API. Audio data is sent to OpenAI’s Whisper model for transcription, and the generated content is summarized using OpenAI’s language models.
